Full refund or credit
Appointments changed within the notice window can receive a full refund or credit toward a future session.
Late cancellation or no-show
Cancellations made with less than 24 business hours of notice, or missed appointments, forfeit the full fee.
Refund timing
Refunds can take up to 30 days to process and may be reduced by payment processor or bank fees of up to 7.5%.
Consultant-side technical issues
If Anna cannot attend or a technical problem occurs on our side, you will receive a full refund.
